The Salima Animal Trust Tangier
Is a UK-based charity dedicated to alleviating the suffering of street animals in the Tangier area. By supporting local charities in Tangier, we help to provide necessary veterinary care, a loving environment and provide much-needed support for the well-being of the animals.
We are strong advocates of Project Hayat, which works tirelessly to eradicate rabies in Tangier through its TNVT (Treat, Neuter, Vaccinate and Tag) programme.
We also fully support the GC26 of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child which protects the child from witnessing violence inflicted upon animals.
